I love making and enjoying our Roasted Winter Vegetables Recipe during this time of year. Roasted winter vegetables are a yummy accompaniment to any dish especially holiday meals. It’s a great way to add healthy vegetables your family will enjoy.

We love to have them hot as a side dish to our Turkey dinner or even eat them for a delicious snack at room temperature. View Chef-K’s Roasted Winter Vegetables Recipe below and I wish you happy holidays.
